Super Mario All-Stars Extended

Super Mario All-Stars Extended is a PC port-style project that allows you to play several Mario games from the SNES and GBA.

Basically, this is a Python-based project that recreates the original menu while adding improvements such as full controller support, language selection, themes, and gamepad compatibility.

What the project actually does is launch a preconfigured emulator and ROM every time you select a game. The only exception is SMB1, which has been replaced with SMB1R, a version that includes The Lost Levels, SMB Special, and All Night Nippon.

It also includes the ROM hack Mario is Missing! Done Right, as well as several games that do not feature Mario, such as the original Donkey Kong Country and Wario Land 4.

This "port" also includes additional features, such as the ability to delete all save data or delete individual game saves, as well as the ability to add games to your favorites. Some games also automatically switch between their English and Spanish versions depending on the language selected in the menu.
